let's have fun!

This fav comes from my lovely friend Noel! Pretend City Children's Museum is located in Irvine, California. It represents a small interconnected city that "empowers children to learn about and meaningly connect with and expand their world." I have only heard great things about it from Noel and others. Noel said, "Cole LOVED it. We did not have a chance to do everything because Cole spent so much time on the first half! They have a market, a garden, post office, beach, house...and so much more. Cole had the most fun in the water area and the example of the trash system." Just looking at the website it looks like so much fun for the kids! I think we might visit it this weekend. that's one great bag

Trader Joe's have the best insulated and reusable bags. They are big, keep things cold and are great for everything. I don't even use it for grocery shopping, I fill mine up anytime we are going somewhere away from home that requires me to take food for the kids. If you looked inside mine you would find a few jars of baby food, baby spoons, formula, bottles, baby snacks, goldfish for Brody, bibs and snacks for me. My mom saw me use it so much she wanted one, so I picked her up one for a mere $1.99. I know it will be perfect for summer too!

Balderdash

We love game nights with the neighbors and our favorite game is Balderdash. It's a game that is fun with around 6 players and it is all about creativity and good guessing. There are different categories, such as "definition." A word is given and everyone writes down what they think the definition to that word is (it's always something obscure that no one has ever heard of). Then all the definitions are read out loud anonymously (including the real answer) and everyone picks which one they think is true. It's so fun, especially if you have creative neighbors and like to laugh! You should buy it and host a game night in your neighborhood.
